Yoga classes that we offer


One on One Yoga
Individual yoga sessions based on your yoga goals, or small private group classes up to four.

Beginner Yoga
A step by step of basic poses. We’ll learn a few basic poses and then put them together.

Vinyasa Yoga
beginner poses plus more advanced poses and put them together for a fast paced workout.

Yoga with Weights
Up the intensity by adding hand weights to push yourself to the next level of yogi fitness.

Partner Yoga
A fun mix between the Beginner and the Vinyasa class to practice poses with a partner.

Restorative Yoga
A gentle relaxing yoga focused on deep stretching and breathing.
