Welcome to fall!!! It’s chilly and crisp outside. Sweater and scarves and boots oh my! I’m so excited. Anyways, because it’s also fall, pumpkin everything is exploding into our lives whether we like it or not.
Hopefully you enjoy pumpkin, in which case, this smoothie recipe will delight your soul. And if you don’t, maybe you like peanut butter and this smoothie will be a fun step away from the usual peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and chocolate combos.
So without further ado…. Le recipe.
Vegan Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 16 oz can frozen pumpkin purée
4 Tbs peanut butter
1/2 C almond yogurt (I used the Silk brand.)
1 C almond milk, unsweetened
1 serving or 2 scoops Purely Inspired Organic Protein – French Vanilla (Any vanilla vegan protein powder would work.)
2 tsp ginger
1 heaping tsp cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients into a high power blender and bled until combined.
The texture is super thick and extra delicious. And you can really taste every bit of the spices coming through. I hope you enjoy!!!
